Our commercial portfolio of projects includes office buildings, retail units,  shopping centres, the leisure sector, and listed building conversions, from over  18 years of professional practice.  With both energy costs and capital costs now  having greater and greater impact we at EnSen Design are fully capable to apply  our low energy and modern construction and design methods approach to any  commercial development to create efficient working environments. 
Visitor Centre design, Essex Competition design for a wildlife visitor’s centre using modular building methods to minimise cost and disruption to wildlife during construction. A striking wing profile metal clad roof was designed to form part of an easily maintainable anti- vandal proof exterior whilst refering to the site’s historical aviation context of a second world war airfield.
Supermarket, Brandon Shell and fit-out of a 20,000 sq. ft food retail unit and car parking. Undertaken whilst employed at Forum Architects
Holiday Lets, Colchester Design project to redevelop three derelict chicken coops into either holiday lets or for rented office spaces. We provide schemes of this nature to enable sensible pre-application discussions to be held with local planning authorities, where planning issues may exist, as well as enabling cost estimates to be drafted

Hotel extensions and alterations, Cambridge £1.5M Redevelopment including new ballroom suite with bedrooms over, and new bar and resident’s lounge as pictured. Undertaken whilst employed at Forum Architects

Leeds Shopping Plaza, Leeds Example of one of the larger retail projects with which our architects have past experience. This project involved inserting two new sales floors and re-cladding the original brick façades with colour tint mirrored glass. New entrance canopies and glass and steel shopfronts were also added. Undertaken whilst employed at Stanley Bragg Ltd
