shopping centres, the leisure sector, and listed building conversions, from over
18 years of professional practice. With both energy costs and capital costs now
having greater and greater impact we at EnSen Design are fully capable to apply
our low energy and modern construction and design methods approach to any
commercial development to create efficient working environments.

a wildlife visitor’s

building methods to

A striking wing profile
metal clad roof was
designed to form part
of an easily
maintainable anti-
vandal proof exterior
whilst refering to the
site’s historical aviation
context of a second
world war airfield.

estimates to be drafted

inserting two new sales
floors and re-cladding
the original brick
façades with colour tint
mirrored glass. New
entrance canopies and
glass and steel
shopfronts were also
added.
